Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely — Over 65% of our bookings each year are destination weddings. We are based in Leeds, but we shoot across the UK and Europe year-round, and we're completely used to travelling to locations we've never been to before.For weddings, we always arrive the day before so we're rested, relaxed, and have had a chance to get a feel for the venue and the area before your day begins. Travel costs are discussed openly when we chat — no surprises.

How do we book you?

Simple. Head to our Contact page and fill in the form — we'd love to hear about your wedding, your venue, and a little bit about the two of you. we'll get back to you within 24 hours and we'll take it from there. If your date is free, we can move forward with a call and a booking form. Easy.

Question 3

Do you have backup equipment?

Accepted Answer

Always. We bring backup cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards and flash lights to every wedding. After nearly a decade of documenting weddings internationally, We've learned to be prepared for anything — so you really don't need to think about this.

Question 4

Do we need to meet in person before the wedding?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most of our couples are planning destination weddings from another city or abroad, so a video call works perfectly. It gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk through your day, and make sure the energy feels right — which honestly you'll know within the first few minutes.If you happen to be near Leeds before the wedding, we'd love to meet for a coffee. But it's absolutely not a requirement.

How long will the film be, and when will we receive it?

The highlight film is usually between 3 and 7 minutes — the kind of thing you'll watch on your anniversary and immediately want to share. You’ll also receive a full documentary film, preserving all the precious memories of your day including the full ceremony, full speeches and first dance and all.We deliver your film within 8 to 12 weeks. Good editing takes time, and we'd rather send you something we're proud of than rush it. But you will received a sneak peak video teaser within 2 weeks, so you can share with your family and friends.

What if the timeline changes on the day?

It always does, in some way — and that's completely fine. We've filmed weddings in every kind of weather, in every kind of chaos, and we've never missed a moment that mattered. Flexibility is just part of the job. You focus on enjoying your day and we'll handle everything else.

How long will you be there?

We'll be there for as many hours as you need, and your personalised quote will reflect the hours you want covered.

When will we get our photos?

Accepted Answer

We are full-time professional wedding photographers, which means we can give full care and attention to your big day including leading up to the day, the day itself and the post production of the images after. During peak seasons, you can expect your wedding gallery in around four weeks but often less.

Question 9

How many images will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can, on average, expect no less than 500 images from a full day's wedding coverage and no less than 150 images from an two hour engagement shoot. The number can vary due to the length of your coverage, time of year, weather and amount of guests, however we'll ensure you never feel underwhelmed. All of our photos come with a full personal print licence.

Will you take group photos?

Absolutely! We understand that it's one of those rare occasions that you have all your loved ones together, we aim to keep this part short and informal so you can spend lots of time with your family and friends.

Do you offer engagement/pre-wedding shoot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! It's a great way for us to get to know each other and to get used to being in front fo the camera. If you have children, you can also include them in the shoot to make it a real family experience. It's going to be a very relaxed and fun time together and we can do the photos at your favourite places or places that are special to two of you.

Do you do posed couple portraits and if so, when?"

Typically we'll spend 15 to 20 minutes with couples during their drinks reception. Like the rest of our photography, our portraits appear natural without any awkward posing. We want these portraits to blend seamlessly with the entire photo shoot.

Does it matter if you haven't worked at my venue before?

Accepted Answer

If we haven't worked at a venue before, we will usually arrive a bit earlier on the day (or before) to familiarise ourselves and find the best lighting.

Do you watermark your images?

We'll never provide any client with photos that have been watermarked, however our business grows through word of mouth, so if you like our photos enough to post on social media then mentioning us helps us out a lot!

Can I tweak my package?

Absolutely! You can add or take away items based on your own needs and we can provide you with a tailor made quote. Just let us know what you are looking for!

What type of photo shoots do you do?
